Your phone may be blocking them for this page. Here’s how to let them in. On iPhone: tap aA in the address bar, then Website Settings, and allow Camera and Microphone. On Android: tap the icon left of the web address, then Permissions, and allow Camera and Microphone. Then tap Try again. You can always write your answer instead.

Some apps, like Facebook and Instagram, can’t use your camera. Tap •••, then Open in Safari or Open in Chrome, and you’re all set.

Of course. Nothing is sent until you tap Send. Watch or listen back first, and tap Record again as many times as you like.

Yes, when you write your answer. Tap Add a photo. Please only add photos you took or have permission to share.

That’s completely OK. Just close the page, and nothing is sent.

Your story goes to the person who asked. They can keep it, share it and turn it into postcards.

Yes, anytime. Open your question link on the phone you sent it from. Tap Unshare my story, then Unshare. Don’t have that phone? Tap Email us below. We’ll unshare it for you.

It’s removed from their account. Its links and postcard codes stop playing it. Anything already printed or saved can’t be called back.

Yes. Open your question link on the phone you sent it from. Then tap Save a copy.

Your question link shows the day you sent it. It’ll also show when they say thank you.

Tap Ask, pick a person, then pick a question. Send them the link by text or email, and you’re done.

Yes, and it’s a lovely way to do it. Tap Ask, pick a question, then tap We’re together. Record now. Hand them the phone, or hold it up for them.

Give it a minute, and check your spam folder. Still nothing? Go to Sign in and enter your email again. Then use the newest email.

No problem. Your link keeps working until they answer. Open Postcards and tap Send it again.

Each answer comes back as a postcard. Open Postcards and tap one. The story plays inside it.

Your first 5 questions are free. Recording together doesn’t count. To get one back, open Postcards. Then cancel one that hasn’t been answered.

Just you, and the person who answered on the phone they used. You can share it with a link if you’d like.

Open the story and tap Send it. Anyone with the link can see the card. To stop it, tap Unshare in Postcards anytime.

Open Postcards, add up to 5 cards, and tap Print. We’re still testing printing, so it may not be open just yet.
